  I love the food here, but this past experience really has me questioning if I’ll come back. It took my husband 16 calls to place an order over the phone and yet no one answered. We decided to dine in and when we got there no one helped us. There was no hostess. We waited roughly 4 minutes. I can understand being understaffed, but when the server passes my husband and I 3 times THEN tells my husband “I’m not a hostess” *leaves* that’s where I leave. I’ve been a server before and my “title” has never stopped me from providing excellent customer service. Had he acknowledged our presence THAT would have at least made us more patient with the wait time. Update: I want to thank Cynthia and general manager Cesar for their quick response. Cesar really went out of his way to wrong the situation by personally apologizing, checking up on us throughout our meal, and assuring us that he had spoken to his staff in regards to their customer service. I am extremely appreciative on management’s quick response and sincere apology. The food, as always, was amazing & our server was extremely attentive. My husband and I will continue to come here!

  Food is amazing we've known this restaurant for years already and always satisfied. Love live country band. Atmosphere is awesome 👍👍👍👍👍

  Great and friendly service, including the manager maintaining excellent hospitality. The food goes from unique like their lightly breaded chicken roll, stuffed with artichoke and I think mushrooms I may be wrong, with a cream sauce, topped with avocado in a light mushroom sauce to their perfectly cooked salmon or classic chicken fried chicken. Doesnt break your wallet and has a great drink selection. Always great when I go

  My wife shared our experience below. I called 16 times to place an order and no answer but for some reason someone replied to their messenger system on Facebook. We waited a few mins to get seated and the freaking server finally talks to us after 3 times and says "sorry I'm not a host." The experience was so bad that I could not resist the urge to write this one star review after my wife wrote her 2 star review. I don't think we will go back and that's a shame because they have such good food here. I appreciate the apology and your response. We really like the restaurant so we will return most likely next week. Thank you Cynthia for your quick response. *Update The managers are really nice and did everything in their power to make things right, and they did! The server (curly hair, skinny guy) provided great service. The food is great (good taste, good prices, and I always have a hard time choosing what to eat because I like so many things on their menu!) and there is a very welcoming environment here. We are regulars and appreciate that the managers came out to speak to us and offer their sincere apologies. My wife and I will definitely keep coming back as we love it here and will recommend this restaurant to all our friends!

  Went into lunch for the famous turkey dinner; it is amazing. It was quite busy throughout the restaurant, but our waitress Veronica was so kind and curtious. We'll definitely be back.
